To plan and execute a fully branded, large-scale golf tournament experience that increased sponsor visibility, enhanced attendee engagement, and elevated the overall professionalism and enjoyment of the event.

How I build and manage these tournaments:

Coordinate full logistics for 18-hole, shotgun-start tournaments, including player groupings, sponsor placement, and on-course activations.
Manage 15–18 sponsor stations with branded signage, materials, and product demos.
Create all tournament marketing: branding, maps, signage, emails, and digital assets.
Build streamlined registration, payment, and live-scoring systems (Google Forms/Sheets + support tools).
Oversee day-of execution: setup, check-in, sponsor support, and real-time troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with course staff, internal teams, and volunteers for smooth operations.
Apply experience from (3) other URM tournaments to refine workflows & communication.
Provide marketing and design support for several other industry tournaments.

To launch a new Professional Women in Building council within the Spokane Home Builders Association by creating the brand identity, communication systems, visual assets, and event structure necessary to establish long-term engagement and member value.

Founded the council structure where none previously existed
Developed the complete visual identity and brand guidelines
Designed & built the PWB website and membership resource hub
